We may have had to hold back on a lot of our content. But it will take a bit more than social distancing to get rid of our podcast Bournemouth Backchat…
The situation across the world may be forcing a lot of us indoors lately. And with cancelled events and closed businesses, producing content is less possible for HQB. Thank goodness, we still have our podcast, Bournemouth Backchat, to keep you all entertained once a week.
This week’s episode was produced prior to the social distancing measures getting stepped up, so our hosts were in the same room for the last time for the foreseeable future. Still, it allows for hilarity and controversy to run riot. Especially given the drunkenness of our chairman for the season, James Boxall. The first of three episodes in which one of our presenters will give their discussion steadily more under the influence.
Our performer in residence Aaron Hayes expands on ideas discussed last season, bringing them together to pitch a production company based in Bournemouth. Also including musical interludes from both James and Dale. Then Dale takes the reins, delivering arguments as to the lack of discipline in children these days. Finally James shares a recent self-isolation scare, before pitching what Bournemouth’s youth should do for the vulnerable during the Coronavirus crisis.
Furthermore, James intends to go through with an extreme beach run in aid of Julia’s House. If you wish to donate, head to this page here.
